Hi, y'all I know that some people who live in my country have been able to subscribe and pay for fanseat, so it must just be me. I emailed someone there and they told me to try the app, different browsers. I did all that and it still didn't work. I was really looking forward to learning about a new league, but I guess I will have to stick with NWSL in the summer. I did see that I could watch Toppserien one game a week, and there is the Mexican league until May then playoffs. At least there is Euros to look forward to.
Aww that's too bad you can't watch the games (at least live, I know some can be found on "the Tube"). You can always watch the highlights I guess. And hey, don't be a stranger to pop in here every know and then to ask about teams, players and/or the league. We are fortunate to have good coverage of both games and different kinds of player/coach interviews, not just pre/post game plus half time stuff from players. So it's not hard to get into the league and get a feel for it

The only thing I'm sure about this season is every goal and every point will count across the table. I mean, Rosengård have already allowed 7 goals in 6 games. 3 of the goals they conceaded against the currently absolute two bottom of table teams. That and that they've twice dropped points have cost them. They won yesterday to put pressure on Häcken to win tomorrow.

You can see it's anyone's game in the table rounds 1-5. All teams can take points from each other any given day of the week (swipe for results). The three league newcomers are Umeå, Kalmar and BP. The latter newcomer have never played in the top tier before.
We'll see goals like this one. We've actually seen two hattricks in two different matches in one round and then the next round we got another hattrick from a different team.

And we get to see coaches at work. Linköping's coach was mic'd up when they met Vittsjö. He's switching between Swedish and English when he gives instructions. Top entertainment

Sneak peak of Swewnt's song Vi:et i vinsten, translates as The w(e) in the win, for the Euro.

Speaking of, 13 000 tickets to the Brazil game were sold in the first 24 hours. The other day 20 000 tickets had been sold. Could be on track to break the record with about 1,5 months left.

Lol not all swedish girls :P Amanda is still together with her bf unless they've broken up in the past 10 days. He's a swemnt player with club adress in England. So it's not like they can see each other whenever they want during season. Aurora is becoming swedified btw just like happend with Pernille  the dane's first instinct when the team was sprayed with champagne at the FA cup celeberations the other day was to curse in swedish

Sounds like Lindahl will leave Atlético Madrid when her contract is up this summer. Her agent tells Fotbollskanalen clubs in Damallsvenskan and foreign clubs have been in contact. He also says they're not in a hurry to make a decision. They're in talks with a couple of clubs.

Fotbollskanalen's silly season blog says France and refer to spanish journo Raúl Morote Gil. It's not specified which club, her agent texted Fotbollskanalen he had no comments to the rumours.

Ah, going back home. I love Lindahl. I think she is a great player and human being. Unfortunately, it didn't work for her in WOB, and I still believe, that if we had her in our goal (instead of our 2nd GK) during the CL final, we were able to win that final! I blamed our trainers during that time.

DA No, it's not certain she's going back home. Her agent said she has offers from both Swedish clubs and clubs abroad. They're not in a hurry and are in talks with some clubs.

It's possible she'd been a better choice for WOB in the CL final. We'll never know. Lerch didn't seem to be the smartest coach on the planet though. Sometimes I wondered if it was him or Harder who was really coaching the team during games.

Ahead of the Euro Swedish tv took a trip to London, Barcelona, San Diego and Madrid to meet these four. First episode premieres tomorrow morning and it's not geo blocked. Magda is first. Her episode of course features Pernille since she's literally in the house but also Zecira. It's 30 minutes coverages. https://www.svtplay.se/hemma-hos-em-stjarnorna

Available until May 12 2023

"Magdalena Eriksson is a key player in the Swedish national team and has during her career made her voice heard both on and off the field. Johan Kücükaslan goes to London to meet her and her partner, the Danish superstar Pernille Harder. There is talk of a controversial spring, a long-awaited gold with Sweden and then Magdalena's winner mentality is put to the test."

She hasn't retired from the national team. Last month she told Gerhardsson she wouldn't be available for the Euro. She prioritised to be home with the family. Didn't want to be away 3-5 weeks from the children and didn't want to put the burden on her wife to take care of them on her own. It wouldn't sit right with her. Her contract expires this season. She'll take new decisions then how she feels about both continue playing and the national team. Nilla interview: https://www.aftonbladet.se/sportbladet/ ... andskampen
