You can't obtain/maintain this physique without proper lifting routine. Though I'm sure every top tier soccer player has some kind of compound/bodyweight/agility based lifting routines. I think veterans and JJ have more strict diets. Alex Krieger KO Broon JJ seem to have significantly higher lean mass/body fat ratio.
