If the image on insta is a plain old post you can just post the url and the board auto embeds the whole post.

If you want to share an image from a story you need to screenshot and then put the screenshot on an image hosting site (like imgur.com or whatever) and then embed the image yourself by putting its hosted url between [.img]url[./img] tags (remove the .)

By the way, just on Stardom, it is amazing how great their week in week out ME's are at their House Shows. Their is no better in ring company in the world. Not even AEW.

I don't know exactly what Kenny was talking about but Hikaru Shida (Kenny's ex) utterly refused to work with Stardom when Rossy was there, and it remains to be seen whether she'll work there when AEW wrestlers start going over.
Kenny did mention that he was uncomfortable with Rossy (who was also Stardom's main photographer) putting 15/16 year old in the bikini shoots, and I'll have to agree with him but he did mention more.

Hell of a Stardom show.
I think their longest ever at near 5 hours and I am not complaining at all. Length isn't the issue, quality is and this show had the quality and not just in the ring but from a production standpoint.
I thought the last 5 matches were outstanding. Anou vs Hanan being my MOTN.
Good to see the return of Thekla, who cut a heck of a promo in the press area afterwards.
Also interesting were her comments that it appears the trash took itself out of Stardom.
Fujimoto also talked about unchaining the door.
Great stuff.
