If this happened in Sweden I don’t think she would get more than two years at most, probably less. It also would never have been resolved, as tapping phones is not allowed, it’s seen as violating the personal integrity. Which it does, but I suppose the French has just judged that it’s justified to help solve crime. It’s clearly a measure to help solve and prevent organized crime and gang activity. The French police caught Swedish organized criminals thanks to this method last year or so.

Yes of course they have to have a reason to tap her phone. But wasn’t she released in the mean time? I think it’s allowed here too, but only if someone is a formal suspect and knows about it, so then they also know there’s a risk their phone could be tapped.

I know CFC retracted about Diani's boyfriend, but the way they describe the guy Diallo was talking to at home sounds like the guy who is linked to both Diani and MAK C3zar Ma@vacala. He's the pseudo unofficial agent or whatever. I wouldn't be surprised if he's brought in at a certain point, maybe they don't have solid evidence to detain him but wasn't it said months ago he was questioned? There is a reason even Hamraoui suspected him.

I also found that name when I was searching Diani's possible husband/boyfriend but I thought it was a dead end because of age difference. He was born in 1977.

That’s probably false because he doesn’t look that old at all, he looks in his 30’s tops. You can see him in pictures with her and her family.

Diallo is the one who exposed KH's affaire with Abidal and implicated Hayet and led the investigation there.. I assume that's how the media found out and it got on the news.
KH is scared for her life apparently since there are people who are implicated who are still out.
They are talking about how KH was dismissed from the NT and PSG and this part is the one i'll never understand? how did 2 players manage to make it seem as if KH is some cohesion wrecker ffs when she has the bigger career and played with the NT and OL and Barca without any issues. It goes to show what kind of power they wield especially in PSG.
Her lawyer sent PSG a notice she wanted the club to support KH, but also says that the club provided KH with security.
She says Diallo will see the judge tomorrow, but she doesn't know what she'll say. The lawyer hopes KH will be able to play eventually.
