da they can also easily include other crimes in this, she's screwed if she is convicted. I hope KH is compensated and then she would sue PSG, because holy shit the hell she must have lived through because of the personal life leak. Yeah she shouldn't have done that, but we all have a right to privacy especially someone with that background.

What the French Criminal Code says
If this happened in Sweden I don’t think she would get more than two years at most, probably less. It also would never have been resolved, as tapping phones is not allowed, it’s seen as violating the personal integrity. Which it does, but I suppose the French has just judged that it’s justified to help solve crime. It’s clearly a measure to help solve and prevent organized crime and gang activity. The French police caught Swedish organized criminals thanks to this method last year or so.

da They had motive to tap her house and car, i doubt they could have done it if there was no evidence. The woman literally led KH to those criminals and she survived scot free, then she started pointing fingers at others to take the heat away from herself and the computer on her car and camera also provided them enough reason to tap her.

Yes of course they have to have a reason to tap her phone. But wasn’t she released in the mean time? I think it’s allowed here too, but only if someone is a formal suspect and knows about it, so then they also know there’s a risk their phone could be tapped.

I know CFC retracted about Diani's boyfriend, but the way they describe the guy Diallo was talking to at home sounds like the guy who is linked to both Diani and MAK C3zar Ma@vacala. He's the pseudo unofficial agent or whatever. I wouldn't be surprised if he's brought in at a certain point, maybe they don't have solid evidence to detain him but wasn't it said months ago he was questioned? There is a reason even Hamraoui suspected him.
I also found that name when I was searching Diani's possible husband/boyfriend but I thought it was a dead end because of age difference. He was born in 1977.
That’s probably false because he doesn’t look that old at all, he looks in his 30’s tops. You can see him in pictures with her and her family.
If you look at the society registration, he is born 10 octobre 1977.

Quoting myself, Wendie Renard was a few years ago with her agent Fred Labiche who was 32 years older than her.
Diani not the first case with an older men.
da Well at least we were right and it is that C3sar guy, i cant read the full article to know why they aren't detaining him yet though.

No Zadrazil due to covid. I favor Sociedad for this one. If they are smart they try to get 3 goals up on them and put the series away.

Tejeda only played 10 minutes last Saturday, and Gaby and Franssi got 20 minutes of rest. She's playing Amaiur off the bench. I am probably l chat jinxing them so sorry about that real.

As expected since PSG will fear a lawsuit, hope they also sent a warning to MAK and Diani while at it.

It will be interesting to see Bouhaddi as a number one goal keeper again. Wonder where her level is at. I don’t think she could do worse than the keepers PSG have had recently.

Why does Sociedads backline play so high, when their CB have snail pace? Anyway Bayern still doesn't look convincing, that system, with the players they have, isn't it.

At this point I‘m starting to think the same. Must be unsatisfactory for a player.
