The thing that pisses me off about Jonas is that he hasn’t been satisfied with Viv because of her injuries and not letting get into full health but we know he’ll let Leah get to full health and be patient with her
Someone’s said it previously before. There aren’t any advantages to playing under Jonas.
He could like you and see you in his ideal 11. But that means you’re rarely rested (if ever), if you’re coming back from injury it’s not a steady pace you’re brought back to, you’re a lot more susceptible to injury or re-injury because the way youre played isn’t exactly sustainable, etc. (E.g. you mentioned Leah, but her return from ACL was not great at all, her minute build up was insane and Jonas was talking about her being close to playing a full 90 pretty much right after her first game).
Or he doesn’t like you, and doesn’t see you in his ideal 11. And then you rarely play, rarely even get those sun minutes, when you do get a chance you have to use it to prove yourself but it doesn’t even matter anyway, injured players aren’t given enough opportunity to return and like mentioned when they are given minutes they somehow have to use that to prove themselves (which, how do you do that when you’re returning from injury and trying to focus on yourself?). (E.g. Laura Wienroither has hardly gotten any minutes despite returning from ACL recently, and doesn’t even get significant minutes in games when she could, like Leicester).
So basically you’re either liked and completely pushed non-stop, or you’re ignored and deal with everything that comes with being ignored. There’s cons to both sides. Jonas is just a shit manager.
