These teams are so confusing to me. Surely there are better options in the pool (full pool, not just who was at the camp) than like half those people.

3x3 is not the same kind of game as a normal game of bball. And it's mostly just the players who will never get a chance at the full olympic squad. Sort of like spreading the wealth. It doesn't matter, we almost always end up winning, that's how much better we are than the rest of the world at bball.

USA Basketball announced today that 17 athletes are expected to participate in the 2024 USA 3x3 Women’s National Team training camp. The participants were selected by the USA Basketball 3x3 Women’s National Team Committee and will be considered for future USA 3x3 national team assignments.

The camp features athletes who bring a combination of USA Basketball (5-on-5, 3x3), professional and collegiate experience.

Yeah, Clark looks like she’s definitely got a stylist for clothes and makeup lately. She looks good. I wasn’t a huge fan of her draft outfit. It was cool that she was the first Prada dressed draftee ever, but I’ve never been a big fan of the oversized baggie look for formal/dress-up wear. Plus, in a lot of interviews and camera shots she looked so fidgety and uncomfortable in it, although with such a big night it would be understandable to be nervous/anxious. I think my favorite look of hers was the green suit she wore for one of the morning show interviews. And the one for her entrance/first presser.

Cameron Brinks looked gorgeous in her dress draft night. Looking forward to seeing her fits in the coming years.

This group of rookies has so many to root for. I want so many of them to make the team so I can continue to watch and root for them, but I know that’s impossible.

No I mean from that vid above. I'm actually not interested at all with Clark being glam up unlike Brink Angel and other draftees. She's actually cuter in basketball gear without make up.

It does look like a nice, newish facility. I will say watching those training clips my thought was that it looks odd for some reason and couldn’t pinpoint why. But then looking at the photos on their website, I think it’s because it looks so small. It feels a little claustrophobic.
I think it is that and the dark brick. It is a very different vibe than the wide open Minnesota facility also in this post.

Yeah, it’s kinda giving off private HS church gym vibe that was built with a small budget so it’s not very big, but will make for a nice assembly hall if needed. Seriously though, the small gyms make me feel like it would be annoying to do running drills or hard plays and scrimmaging with having to make hard stops so you don’t run into a brick wall.
