Yeah but some people don't like Leah. Just like some people don't like Katie McCabe. Or Emma Hayes. There's people in here that just split an audience and Leah is one of them. I think Leah is fine. I hate her stans though. And the easiest way to piss off her stans is to make “digs”. So if her stans weren’t so annoying in the first place we would all be alright.
Honestly, the second Leah moves on the pitch, all I can think of is the edits, and the comments that bum her up too much, the way the fan accounts act on twitter, etc. and it actually makes me dislike her.
I wouldn't come on a thread and spew any hate or anything. It's not where I get my kicks. But I can understand where the mentality comes from. It's the stans they hate, not Leah herself

i cant stand the constant pr around russo, the way i see her on every social media platform no matter if i don’t interact with those things, the weird edits, the shipping with toone, the cries about her chant with lotte replacing the one with toone, etc. and she’s constantly mentioned in here too. and yet… i don’t hate her because of it. and i don’t watch her run on the pitch and get angry thinking about it. and i wouldn’t understand the mentality behind hating on her just because she’s in my face more than i’d prefer. like seriously, i don’t mean to be rude but that this is just not healthy at all.
1. Literally said I don't hate on her? I just understand why people dislike her.
2. The Alessia agenda is nowhere near the level of Leah. She's on crisps, pepsi, every piece of WSL media. It's not just LChat. You can't be a womens football fan without getting battered with Leah content. So it's not a comparison.
3. I don't get angry, I just roll my eyes and think "I'll be staying off Twitter" later.
okay then. kerr. she’s everywhere too, i wanted to buy fifa and she was on the fucking cover. my nan puts on the coronation and there she is, carrying the australian flag. i cant escape her either. and i’m not a fan of hers whatsoever. but still, i wouldn’t understand people hating on her or having that mentality as to where they feel the need to constantly be negative about her. and i don’t pull off socials because she’s on the pitch either.
idk. i just feel like some people handle things in a really unhealthy way. it’s very easy to acknowledge that you aren’t a fan of someone and maybe see a bit too much of them, but just carry on with your life and scroll and ignore. kerr is constantly talked about in certain threads but it doesn’t bother me, i just see her name and scroll.
tbh i can’t be bothered carrying this on now. it is what it is. if people could just relax about leah a little though, we wouldn’t even have such long winded talks about her. that mention before would’ve been over with that first reply and people could get back on discussing what they liked. at this point you have to sort of accept that people bring it on themselves here. anyways, i think it’s past now. let’s all just finally let this lie.
