…Aaand the Leah hater trolls are here. Ffs. Can everyone just ignore so this doesn’t turn into some big ordeal. Don’t want to clog up this thread.
Everyone was having a normal conversation until one of her stans called someone a bitter Jordan stan just because they didn’t find her attractive. Oh but lets blame the “trollss”, her stans are perfectly nice and normal.
They love provoking people and are extremely over defensive and then they cry about mean trolls

Must be a lot of ugly women in England thats the only explanation for people’s obsession with Leah. I live in spain and she would be considered on the mid/ ugly side. No amount of hair bleached will change that
I am American and I don’t get it either . Whats going on in England? Leah Williamson a hot beauty queen. In what universe please
Who the hell has said “Leah Williamson is a hot beauty queen”. Jesus Fucking Christ. So dramatic. Just accept that some people think she’s attractive. Some don’t, including you and that’s fine. But stop trying to force your opinion on everyone and acting like it’s fact, it’s so weird and obsessive.
Yep.
Taste is subjective, if we all were attracted to the same people the world would be boring. I’m American and I think Leah’s attractive, and I know Spanish people who think the same. Doesn’t make it an absolute fact, just an opinion and taste we have. The same with others disagreeing.
The problem is when others get annoyed by the fact that people find her attractive and try and paint it out to be some lie or ridiculous or force their own opinion (that she’s not attractive) on everyone.
Just chill out. Like someone else said, when it comes to Leah for some reason people always want to make it into some problem. Just relax and breathe.

No way that many people collectively all have that bad of personal taste.
Insecure much? Think it’s not that hard to understand that „bad“ is seen through your eyes. You are having your taste, others are having their own. None is better or worse than the other.
Bitter jealous jordan stans bitching about "bad taste" over people finding two conventionally pretty girls together hot. Masc lovers are clinically insane.
“Bitter Jordan stans” or do we just have working eyes?
da. could literally sit here myself all day and post good pictures, but i’ve got a life and i’m not that insecure where i need to spend that time to prove my own opinion. leah is conventionally attractive, blonde, jawline, cheekbones, skinny. if you don’t find that or her attractive, that’s more than fine. like someone else has said, it’s personal taste. you don’t need to be weird though trying to say so, just say you disagree and move on.

also someone else mentioning stans just proves everything about who is starting here. everyone with sense knows her thread was closed because of trolling and spamming. and even this conversation here started because someone couldn’t accept that some people might find leah attractive and tried to force their opinion that she’s not on everyone else, then others spammed with ‘bad’ pictures to try and emphasise that point. that’s not stans. people just can’t relax in here when it comes to leah it’s so weird, always trying to start problems over nothing
Yup.

Look at Lia's comment on Leah's last post, then they complain if people ask them if they are dating or match Leah up with any woman next to her...
Leah loves the speculation, she loves baiting her fans. She used to do the same with Alex Scott. Always posting “coupley” photos and calling herself Alex’s husband. Leah is a grade 1 attention seeker
1. It’s literally just a picture, could find you countless others with other players. My god. Always being so dramatic, just chill.

2. A media outlet called Leah that, Leah herself didn’t. Then Alex posted it, and Leah poked fun in the comments. If we’re being honest, it was always Alex baiting with the posts with Leah, that’s why she’s toned it down when she got a girlfriend. Leah’s always called Alex a mate or one of her best friends.

3. You’re grade 1 pathetic. Just fucking relax. It’s so pathetic at this point. You don’t like Leah, we get it. Stop banging on about her then, it’s so weird.

Ella Toone's new YouTube video has been uploaded. she gives an insight into her season so far, highs and lows and of course missing alessia. I don't think there is any video where she doesn't talk about Lessi she even got the train to London to visit her the last two days someone is missing her "bestie"
We can all see that ella hasn't had a good season and she knows this herself
Strange how no content of them together from the past few days has been shown? 🤔
Give it 5 years snd these two will be dating fact.

Why is the Lionesses social media getting the players to ask people to buy tickets to the qualifiers? Are they not selling well or something?
Probs just a hype thing reminding people. the game vs swedens is already at 55-60k
bit weird tho bc i don’t think they’ve ever done this before
I think the problem is it being at Wembley, a lot of people don't like that stadium. Hard to get to and get out of, food expensive, no atmosphere. They seem to sell tickets more at different grounds around the country.
Yeah exactly. I personally actually like Wembley, and I like the feel of it. Feels really good and proper for an England game. But getting in and out of the stadium is sooo difficult, puts me off going majority of the time.
Doesn’t help that tickets have only been on sale less than a month and there’s a planned rail/tube strike.

No, there isn’t any beef. Leah’s always spoken well if Steph and mentioned her as one of the many great captains she’s played under. I just don’t think they were ever that close, and any friendship they did have would be more tense because of the fact that Steph’s captaincy (and also really her spot in the lineup) was taken and passed on to Leah. Doesn’t mean they hate eachother, just that it’s harder, especially maybe from Steph’s side with how she never even really closed the door on the England call up but Sarina didn’t really want to call her up.

Clearly Wiegman has told Patten and MacIver that they had no future with england so it does make sense for them to try somewhere else rather than wait until Wiegman goes in 3 or 4 years time.

So if you’re not getting called up and you have an opportunity to make more money and represent your other half you shouldn’t? I think you’re forgetting how little most players are making. Why should they just sit at home lol what is this Brexit mentality

Same with Mannion. Kinda embarrassing from them, shows that they don’t rate themselves highly enough to be able to get an England call up and that they see Ireland as an easier route to the International stage
As someone whose half Irish, I could never do this. Like Anna, I was born and raised in England. I think you should have the upmost pride representing your country and if you can just chop and change that quick, it's not really showing it IMO, so I'm happy for Ireland to take her.

I’ve always wondered how genuine Irish players (who haven’t and wouldn’t ever play for England lol) feel about players pledging themselves to Ireland because they’re not getting call ups to England.
On one hand, you know the more professional look at it, it’s better for Ireland to have more players make themselves available for call up for them. Helps them strengthen their squad and have better depth, which in turn helps them to be more successful.

But then on the other hand, the more personal sense, I think there’s a few issues with it. Irish players are pushed to the side and made alternates for players who didn’t even initially care about their Irish connections or want to play for Ireland. It makes Ireland seem like a backup nation, ‘good’ players often leave for better NT’s and ‘bad’ players deflect there because they can’t make a more competitive squad. Even just from an emotional sense, like I know Katie McCabe for example is very strongly Irish and a massive supporter of her country, so to play with someone who can change to it so fast because it fits their advantage and not because they genuinely feel like they want to play for Ireland? Bit weird. Idk.

Speaking of changing nationalities.
Didnt Rosella Ayane use to play for the all the English sides through the ranks, before changing when it came to the seniors?
She does seem like genuinely proud to represent Morroco and has those connections to it. But I do wonder if she changed because she didn’t think she’d get a call up to England, or because she really did want to explore her Moroccan roots and that side of herself. Never really read into it so not sure if she’s spoken on it before.
yeah she did. i remember it’s how her and leah became best mates, and they’ve been friends since. there’s a funny story on it they told once with rosella having an allergic reaction in like the u16s camp or something. she changed to morroco at 25, i think.
Yep, to all of this.

And she has spoken on her decision before, she says she did it for her dad, who was Moroccan, and passed away when she was 13. Helps her feel connected to him and to reconnect with her heritage.
Yeah I do think it’s a genuine thing from her. She’s visited Morocco quite a few times now I think, and seems genuinely proud to represent them. I don’t think it was just some move to be able to play international football.
DA. Please...I mean, please.

Anyone who's played at youth level for one national team then not got picked for their seniors is changing nationality because they want to play football. Of course that's why. She is probably very happy to represent Morocco but don't act like she turned down England to do so.

This isn't a diss, btw. I don't care about players changing nationality. But it's obvious why most of them do it.
It’s true, and it’s seems like it’s worked out really well for her and other players with duel. It happens in mens all the time

I’ve always wondered how genuine Irish players (who haven’t and wouldn’t ever play for England lol) feel about players pledging themselves to Ireland because they’re not getting call ups to England.
Something like 1/3 of the Irish World Cup squad was born outside of Ireland, and at least a couple of them switched over within the year of the WC after Ireland had qualified. If I was someone like Jamie Finn, who is Irish-born and came through all the ranks of Irish youth teams, and was made an alternate for a player who had only switched to play at the WC and had 1 cap for Ireland before the tournament, I would be FUMING.
yep
