Ok, English is not my first language, but a Emma girl asked her what her favorite football team is, Erin got nervous... giggles... and ended up saying that her National Team, Scotland 😂

Me neither. I'm equally annoyed about the other end of the table.
I really hope that Crystal Palace aren't going to be as rubbish next season as Bristol City have been this. That must have been a dream tie for Chelsea today.
thats the budget constraint promoted teams face in comparison to other teams unfortunately

Chelsea are smashing Bristol they are now catching up with city on goal difference. Wow this WSL title race really is going to wire.

The question is WHO is going to Win it?
Even 20 minutes ago I would have said City, but now I‘m not too sure about that any more.
If Chelsea ends up winning, City have no one to blame but themselves for that horrible bottlejob today :mask:
City deserve the WSL overall I believe I think they have been amazing all season, but I think the pressure and nerves got to them today hence the lose. I can't call it I do think Chelsea are still in it but may drop points to Tottenham or man united? Two big games to play still
Chelsea play Spurs just 2 days after the FA Cup final, they'll be dead on their feet. No chance they get anything from Chelsea.
It's all up to United, who just has the double done over on them by Liverpool and will be finishing FIFTH

it really was in their hands with everything in their favour. they let it slip. how do you concede 2 goals to arsenal when they’ve been playing so dead recently? when you were up for so long too? where was the fight to at least equalise again and get even a single point. if they’d got just the one point, and then won against villa, it would be their title. they only needed 4. now they’re back to hoping chelsea drop points, which is exactly where you don’t want to be in a title race. so so so dumb today, and all those players will know it too.
Tactics were all wrong. Once they got a goal they should’ve been pushing for a second. Instead they tried to frustrate arsenal by holding possession which works until it doesn’t

Why does Leah constantly do forward and backwards rolls? Like most players fall over obviously, but lots of the times when she does, her body almost keeps going
did gymnastics as a kid lol. no but fr, just her way of getting back up. a few players actually do it here and there.
Laughed at this but maybe this is really the reason, like she learned falling in a certain way or that.

Sure all the twitter Leah stans are secretly loving it too
lol i’m a fan of leah’s and i found it funny. when i saw it happen during the game i burst out laughing because like… wtf. they’re good and really long term friends too, so kinda adds to it being funny.

the fact that it wasn’t called for a foul is a bit annoying icl, but is what it is.

The only thing I will say is that the assumption that white people know nothing about race is inherently false. You don't know shit about my life as much as I know about yours, but I don't judge, you do. That's all I want to say because this isn't the place.

This will be the first time in WSL history that the champion will have more than 2 losses. Never happened before.
I feel like the WSL has always been quite competitive, but now it’s really starting to show across all the clubs from the top to the bottom of the table. You can’t always predict what’s going to happen in a game. Definitely heading in the right direction, and the more other clubs start to step up the more competitive it does get too.

I think, they probably need to score with a goal difference of at least four, maybe five to stay in this.

Does anyone know if LJ and Ramirez are out for the season?

Hate to say it but if this was Lauren James…
Ngl I don’t even care much for LJ but if I was a Chelsea fan/fan of hers, I would be so pissed off. CK had her arm around Leah’s neck here and tackled her to the floor, and yet it was literally nothing, no foul even came from it. Lacasse had her tackle and it’s not really even being discussed anymore (except maybe here). Yet when LJ is involved in something she’s made out to be so aggressive and it’s always blown up into a big deal.
Facts. People refuse to acknowledge their own unconscious bias because they get more triggered about being called a racist instead of actually calling out the differential treatments of white and black players. Let’s be real. If this was Lauren James, it would have been trending. Lacasse should have been sent off. Using studs is a straight up red card. Whether it’s an accident or not. (In my opinion it was not an accident).

for sure. they really need to close that goal difference gap in case it does go down to that, and this is the only real chance they have in doing so. i don’t see them putting 4+ against spurs or united.

On her way to New York City to meet up with Tobin Heath. Leah just followed an NYC account too.

The difference between how James and Lacasse is clear. And if it’s not to do with race, then what it is? I bet you’ll answer will be, James has done it multiple times. Which is correct she has. But when she first did it, she still got verbally murdered.

If you can’t see that, then go and educate yourself.

Not sure if they would be given a whole week off? I'm not sure how it works to be honest
Idk about a full week, but definitely a good few days. Maybe the weekdays, and have to be back for the weekend in time to be back in training next Monday.
I think they'll train on Tuesday and Wednesday and then they'll have days off until the 13th or 14th when they return to training, but it is just speculation.
We shall see they will definitely have some time off now or coming up for sure they won't need to be in training like normal if they don't have another game until 2 weeks time
Da. I don’t think they’ll have a training session before they get a break, there’s no point really. Could be that there’s a recovery session though, mainly for some players specifically who need that. The injured players may still have to go to training too, to keep up fitness and to keep building. For the most part though I think they’ll just have their break now and be back Friday/Saturday.
Yeah I agree.
Holiday stories and pictures incomingggg most definitely ☀️✈️
