The football world is way too small to consider that a conflict of interest, especially when their season is over.

Nah it’s a conflict of interest to a degree but not in the standard “player/coach relationship” sense which makes it more okay. And I agree, the season is over and she’s no longer their coach so it doesn’t matter at all. But can see if she remained their manager how that would look, especially if Ruesha was starting every game and not performing well. So I think it’s best she’s moved on - she’ll likely be coaching a better ranked team and can be totally professional with all her players. And Ruesha has admitted to not having good relationships with her managers, so she doesn’t have to worry about her friendship with Remi being impacted.
