Good to see! Everyone who matters in their life already knew about them and obviously has never had a problem with it. Any weirdos leaking stuff or begging for leaks, don’t watch them play anyways so they don’t even matter.
Life moves on.
I think this is the best way she could've dealt with it indirectly, and I expected it tbh. Just wait for it to get under control and have a friend casually post her on their socials like it didn’t happen/ isn’t a big deal. A long silence would've been too loud and let them win. Proud of her.
just let out like a breath of relief. very proud of her!! happy she has such good people around her. she’s truly very strong. hope Azzi is okay as well

KK just posted a completely chaotic TikTok of her and Paige eating Chik Fil A while I’ve watches. Paige appears to be in good spirits. Still rubbing those hands together lol.

Hopefully people in their personal life already knew what was up between them. Like their teammates and family. If not, this would be even more traumatic
They’ve been together for at least 6 years, of course their family and teammates knew. They just didn’t share it with the people who don’t actually matter in their life, cause it wasn’t our business.
Ok now you're just writing fan fiction.
Considering the leaks were from 2017-2018… how?
Wheres the proof that they were from that long ago? yall just pull shit out of your asses to fit your narrative because you're hardcore shippers.
Paige is wearing her FIBA U17 uniform in one of the leaks…what is there to ship? Two young women got their private moments exposed to the world that’s not something people are celebrating. You’re odd.

Yeah I am sure they are all rallying around them, plus given how long the staff at UConn has been around they all unfortunately have probably dealt with a player being SA and have learned how to handle these situations first hand.
The Plum stuff will help get WBB twitter redirected after they helped clean up twitter yesterday but felling of being violated and forced out publicly will take awhile.

How is that fiction? They have been together in some capacity for almost a decade.
So they have been almost been together since Azzi was 11 and Paige was 12? You’re exaggerating here

It’s good that everyone around them seems to be on the same page with supporting them. I’m sure their teammates are showing them all the love right now.

Anyway it seems like the Kelsey Plum divorce news today took a lot of the air out of the leak story. Hopefully they can get back to normal soon.

KK mom is active on twitter she liked a few tweets in support of Paige and Azzi.
It seems like other players on the team are becoming more active on IG and the team is potentially hosting a transfer right now (that is a rumor from a student on campus so grain of salt)

Yes. A bunch of their family members have. Azzi’s childhood bff has. Mostly just liking stuff about how they’re the victims and need to be protected, how these men sexualizing them is wrong, etc.

Paige’s parents locked their twitters at some point yesterday. Paige’s mom is particularly active on Twitter, I really really hope none of those videos popped up on her fyp before they started getting reported.

This. Nobody is faulting them for what happened. Their teammates and coaches are gonna do everything they can to support them.

And if that anon is talking about people analyzing their interactions because they’re speculating on their relationship, well, videos of them literally having sex leaked. There is no more speculating. It’s not like last summer. The live incident was ambiguous enough that it wasn’t definitive but it did get a lot more people speculating. There is no ambiguity anymore. It might end up being freeing for them in a way.

Does anyone know what the deadline is for committing to a team once you’re in the transfer portal? What happens if you don’t find a team?
Before the beginning of the school year / basketball season?
Yeah, they have until the fall semester starts. Most will probably have a school by mid-summer anyways. Also, if you're a grad transfer you can enter the portal at any time. The deadline I believe for this go around is May 1st for undergrad transfers.
Thank you! This helps! I’d heard the 5/1 date mentioned, so thought you had to be locked in by then. Was a little concerned for some of the players I follow. Glad they have a bit more time.

Both are graduating so that deadline means nothing it is only an undergrad date and this not going to impact if they can play on the same team.

I hope this won’t destroy their relationship. Probably selfish of me but hopefully they will keep interacting in public. They are cute af
They’ve had a relationship/friendship/whatever for nearly a decade I think they’ll survive in private but in public I could see the interactions being only business and they’ll be more cautious of how they act. All they can do is wait for it to blow over and most people will forget about it.
Honestly I don't know if they could act any more cautious than they already have since last summer to the point where some people were questioning if they were still friends because the two of them would barely make eye contact and did not interact at all on social media. I guess it'll be harder now since a part of that was helped by Azzi not playing but they seem to know how to keep their interactions platonic for anyone who isn't trying to read into it. It sucks because I think they were maybe starting to think about the idea of being a little less cautious with the draft pics and stuff and now that's pretty much history.

It seems like the leak is contained at least off of the major platforms. Anywhere else you see any of the pictures or videos, report them if that’s an option

This is so disgusting

I hope this won’t destroy their relationship. Probably selfish of me but hopefully they will keep interacting in public. They are cute af

Why everyone keep saying they're underage? They're in college shouldn't they at least 18?
The videos are from years ago
How do you know? It looked like typical college dorm.

Da They are also working on a very real deadline to decide if they want to (or emotionally can) play together next year. Transfer portal deadline is May 1st . And I would understand if one of them decided they need a fresh start.
Da
Both are graduating so that deadline means nothing it is only an undergrad date and this not going to impact if they can play on the same team.
The way they interacted when cameras are around changed a lot after last summer’s incident. What do you think this is going to do? Are they going to be concerned each interaction on the court is getting analyzed because then how do you play your best?
Nobody gives a damn when they’re on the court, it’s strictly basketball. Their school and the team will protect them from outside noise. Anybody with brains that work know that they’re the victims here.

Has this happened before/ how did the team that it happened on deal with it? I read on twitter that people were reporting this to the FBI presumably because of their ages but im very naive when it comes to this stuff so anyone who knows more information. Obviously I hope that the people who did endure severe repercussions but I’m not sure that will happen

Has anyone close to them like said anything about it or subtly said anything by liking anything on twitter. I know angel did but I’m meaning people closer to them. I really hope they’re doing okay

What happened last summer?
Ice went live in a bar. Accidentally captured Paige and Azzi in a slightly compromising position. Facing each other. Paige’s hands on Azzi’s waist. Azzi’s hands on Paige’s face. A possible but unclear kiss. Ice proceeded to freak out about what she did. Seems so inconsequential now.

Geno is for sure involved but I think this kind of thing is generally more CD’s jurisdiction. But yeah I hope they can get Paige and Azzi access to a therapist or counselor who specializes in dealing with this. The very public violation of privacy, the outing, how it will affect their relationship, etc is an insane amount to deal with. Da

Two of his players just had one of the worst things possible happen to them, he is involved.

The players in question need time, but the coaching staff needs to move forward. Have her on campus and have the freshman and sophomores help host. They will be bringing in 3 college recruits in June anyways, so what negative impact would adding a transfer have to that?

I can’t imagine Auriemma is dealing with this situation in any direct capacity anyways. I am guessing their 70 year old male coach is the last person the want to see right now.

Oh I didn't think about this. I also wonder if UConn maybe wouldn't want to open their "circle" right now by adding anyone from the portal. This stuff will hopefully blow over on the internet soon (it's already died down a bit) but it's gonna take time for those girls to heal.
