If the cop felt so threatened that night in a police station she would have been arrested but she wasnt and still the cops statements, missing taxi driver and footage not submitted to the courts, thats the delay.

It’s the defense that failed to submit anything. The order goes 1) defense submits 2) prosecution submits. So prosecution couldn’t follow up and the Crown spokesperson confirmed her defense didn’t file anything. Weird case either way. Sam has seemed in good spirits.
