They are saying she basically out her for anyone who follows tennis closely cause it's very easy to connect the dots for those who were around then to see their sudden friendship. I am more stuck in the age difference.

Sabalenka smashed her racket and people are giving her a hard time for that. I don't get why some people are kicking someone who is already down. She let her emotions out, it's normal, she is at the 'anger' stage now. Let her be angry.
Right? She's not in a good place right now of course.

About her UEs... She can't see shit in this base cap!
As opposed to half or more different players who use caps on various occasions, she can't see the court... all those UEs must've been balls flying 5 meters over the ground and over her head so she couldn't see them :hmmm:
This is actually such a stupid explanation for the UEs. She was just trying to prove a point when everything was against it and it didn't work, which was very much expected.
I wasn't serious, c'mon. She wasn't trying to prove anyting eather. You assume too much.

it would make sense because aryna has been playing bad since february...tons of mistakes, weak serve. It wont be better after his death. She struggles mentally and it is obvious looking at her during matches. 55 UEs yesterday :blinkwide:

Da.
Aryna herself said she doesn't want this topic mentioned, that she won't be talking about this, won't give interviews or meet with people because of that.

Also, given that the circumstances surrounding his death are kind of controversial too, I see why it's like that. How are other players supposed to react when it seems like public reactions are not welcome? Would've been much different if it was her current boyfriend or husband but we found out it wasn't even the case anymore. Are they supposed to flood their profiles with condolences posts if she prefers it to be private? Recently, some journalist asked Iga this question during the conference, she said she's gonna give Aryna condolences when they see each other privately. Now, every question to other players regarding Aryna is not allowed, because it was most likely her own wish. Why would it be different for those who are closer to her, like Badosa, Kasatkina, etc...? They definitely know it too, that's probably the reason why they keep it private and don't post about this.
I think her coaching team and Paola are her only real friends on tour. Rybakina, Kasatkina, etc. are just her collegues.
As I understand, Aryna didn't want to spread some speculations. She never said that she doesn't want this topic mentioned. Where did you read this? Reactions from the fans and the journalists wasn't even discussed. I saw a lot of normal, short and sensitive posts from them. Why would it be different for players? Maybe, if they just be a bit more open, there would be no questions from the press at all.
When something happens to Aryna, people act like they should think twice about their even very little actions. In the result of this they look like just cold people. This is my opinion of course.

A write up about Kasatkina on ESPN today. Relatively big placement, about as much as ESPN does about tennis aside from Grsndslams.

Tired of this good russian token lesbian trope. WTA tour these days is more reality show, than a real competition.

She's saying she couldn't live in closet. Please. She was living like this with her rich girlfriend for years before she cheated with N.
Well, it is what it is. The show.
What really annoys me, that Daria reposted mourning stories about some russian dude (football??? commentator just died, if I got it right), but she couldn't find some kind words for Aryna. Wtf?
She is a close friend of Aryna, I bet she had kind words PRIVATELY, because she understands that she probably wants to grieve without media attention. She posted about the commentator and previously, Navalny, because she does not know them personally, so this was her only way to do it.

But you probably know that, you just hate her for being more successful than you and for having a girlfriend you can only dream of.
No one hates her, Jesus... Don't be a child. Aryna was in her vlog from the start. She brought a lot of her publicity and positivity in it long before the other tennis stars. Daria's internet persona is posting about literally everything, she could post unnecessary rat emoji, but couldn't post little broken heart emoji, or very traditional "thoughts and prayers". It's basic etiquette. Public behaviour matters even if they have personal relationships of any kind. WTA players apparently doesn't know how to deal with this situation.
This is bad, that Aryna has silence aura around her. This is not obviously supporting.

Stupid comparison as those are two very very different things. You don‘t necessarily have to like someone to feel for them after their ey partner just died.

Of course this site hates her, there is reason to hide it, just read her entire thread, read how many comments hate Natasha and her, praising the closeted ex for no reason, blaming Natasha for every loss and hating on Dasha for having opinions. I've seen comments about her being selfish, lazy, whiner, hypocrite, shady, she was accused of lying about being in danger because of the Russian state, they attacked her for wearing less feminine clothes, for being liked by the media, etc. It's kind of ironic that the only lesbian top player is loved by everywhere except on "L Chat", but most of those comments look like posts from a putinist troll farm.
People liked Kasatkina here until she came out with a partner and started to have opinions. That tells you everything. Everywhere else she became more popular, not less popular. The reactions to losses were crazy last year in her thread, placing the blame on her girlfriend and her opinions.
Listen, everything you wrote here looks like a misleading headline. Everyone who follows Daria knows what exactly opinions she expressed, how she did it and what was the context. You’re taking on too much. She doesn't need all this. There is nothing crazy in her thread, except your moaning. This is happening with you sometimes, as I can see. Time to take some pills.

Paula Badosa did not post anything. Not an emoji, not an IG post, nothing at all and she is Sabalenka's best friend, she has been talking to her every day since it happened. The only reason why we know that is because a journalist asked her. So is it possible that maybe Sabalenka herself asked her friends not to post anything?
This could work only if Saby has withdrawn and left tennis world for some time.

You are naive. Situation is very layered. We live in the world where post about Aryna was locked because of ugly comments and the father of WTA number 1 player has dared to say that Aryna was "playing a victim" in her Netflix episode. Are you feeling "the atmosphere" around her or not? This is not healthy atmosphere. You cannot control what other people say. You can only be respectful and supportive, WTA and players just doesn't know how to do it delicately.
It is good, that she has friends and somebody supporting around you, but it's not enough, if you have to go play tennis on court with tribunes filled with people.
No questions to Badosa. I have nothing to add about Kasatkina and other players with active fanbase. They shouldn't stay aside.

No, the moment to support Aryna passed already. Many Russians posted similar stories. Just read the news. It's not about tennis.

The broken heart is most likely about what happened in Moscow and absolutely not about what a random stranger posts on a lesbian forum.

Actually, I'm with you on it. Aryna deserves more support.
But, Dasha just posted a broken heart. Does she really read this forum?

It's still raining in Miami, it's possible that all matches will be postponed.

Aryna will play on Grandstand, in front of a huge crowd, I hope the crowd will be respectful.

Saba posted short statement. Apparently they weren't together.
They definitely were together until 2-3 months ago (based on pictures) and for 3 years prior to that, so it's still someone who was the closest to her in the last few years, I don't think it makes it so much painless if they recently broke up.
(And rumours say that he was in Miami, so close to the tennis tournament and he wanted to be with her again. There is no proof for this, but it does seem possible, I doubt it's just a conincidence that he was in Miami at this time of the year.)
There are already articles speculating that he killed himself because he couldn't accept the break up.
I feels so bad for Ary :'( media should rescpect her in this moment and wait to write bs at least until there are some evidences.
I just hope playing was the right decision for her, the media will definitely write more about these speculations as she is playing.
Whatever happened between them after they broke up, well, I don't want to insert the pictures from today's practise, but if you've seen them, you know that her eyes look more tired and red-ish than I've ever seen her and she only wore black clothes.
Yeah, at least yesterday they filmed her training from a respectful distance and from the sides, but today, the vultures took frontal photos, with her face. Yes, we guessed the she probably cried, we didn't need the photos to know that. Every second of that poor woman's life is filmed, there are no lines to not cross for the media.

Utkin was huge in russian sports, as for Aryna i'm sure Daria supporting her personally no need to demonstrate everything in social media :eyeroll: , her bff Badosa didn't post anything either.

She wanted to tell the truth for years, but she couldn't because of that "rich gf". Eventually she had enough after a few years. If your girlfriend wants to live in an honest way, but you choose your putinist oligarch daddy's side, well don't be surprised if your gf will eventually leave you.
