Jesus Christ some of you are idiots. Have you ever been flirted with before? What do you think flirting is?it's not all "I want to fuck you" type shit. Some of the times it's more lighthearted. And what are you going to say about the time she literally said she's flirting with winter when she touches her in drama performances, you casually left that out. FANSERVICE. Thank you next.
And you're missing the point moron. It's not that she's playfully touching her, it's the fact that she said she was flirting with her. That sentence alone is fanservice jeeessssusssssss
It's honestly w/e. Fanservice has been around since the beginning of time and I can enjoy SM's (girl groups') fanservice since it's all about the good vibes/closeness between members at the end of the day. It's not the outright cringe, raunchy, and gay4pay fanservice that a lot of guy groups or guy/girl groups in other countries do.
WinRina may be straight but enjoy skinship+throwing flirty lines at each other like normal friends do irl (yes, friends can jokingly flirt with each other). Or they might be bi and have been attracted to each other at one point during the long ass time they've known each other and thus we get glimpses of tension here and there It's fine to believe in whichever scenario while acknowledging that some of the things we get to see from them are fanservice because these interactions all fall under bonding and everyone likes seeing that. And I don't think fanservice is problematic when members are actually close with each other. I think certain fans *make* it a problem when it's clear that they only like a certain idol because they want them to be 100% gay.
Like there's the group's music, the visuals, the performances, variety skills, and even just basic personality, but certain people only want to see, breathe, hear, and think through their hormones
WinRina isn't full-on gaybait to me because I think that term and the outrage that comes with it is cringe/exaggerated most of the time, and it's possible that they might just like being super touchy and interact with each other in similar degrees off-camera. If people have the understanding that it's a part of the culture and everything has a level of some fanservice if it's not kept private, then it shouldn't bother them so much. Even real couples, both famous and non-famous, do "fanservice" for the people that watch them.
I'd say gaybaiting in anime/manga (not subtext because there's a lot of depth there) is way more "real" but that's a different topic.

No you didn't fucking say that, you said Winrina is a FANSERVICE SHIP that FANSERVICE FLIRTS and your arguments are that karina doing the most cute and light shit to winter has to be to get fans attention (fanservice). All the interactions they have to you is just for the fans, karina calling winter cute and touching her hand on stage is just to service fans. Their entire friendship is borderline fan service to you and used as gaybait even if such interactions are observed between other members too.Guest wrote: ↑12 Mar 2024, 14:41If you read my first post I said that winrina seems be touchy touchy kind of friends but some of it had to be fanservice because it was really over the top sometimes. Karina did plenty of stuff to indicate she liked girls and did these before even debuting so just fuck off troll, nobody gives a damn about your made up shit on irene and jisoo etcGuest wrote: ↑12 Mar 2024, 15:46So funny how it's always the straightest K pop girls you try and claim. But yeahGuest wrote: ↑10 Mar 2024, 04:25Yeah no..sorry Karina was clearly flirting, fanservice flirting. Saying how the seat she'll take when in a classroom will be next to winter. If you read it properly I said their touchiness is for the most part natural, but Karina's flirting is fanservice. There's no need to flirt with your friend infront of camera while you fully well know you're being shipped with her, it's definitely fanservice whether or not she does it off cam too and it's normal for them, she knows the fans will go crazy when she flirts with winter so either way it's fanservice since she's doing it to hype the fans up.Guest wrote: ↑13 Mar 2024, 15:43"karina always flirting with her" I can read very well, nobody cares about the bold part if it contracticts itself one sentence after. If you're over the age of 18 please you need to start reading more and understanding what your reading or else you're going to have serious problems in the future if you can't understand what people are saying

My opinion is karina is being herself and does the same with the other members, she'd be silly to stop because you go crazy everytime she peeks at winter. She's done that since always, it's her personality, it's not fanservice, it's just her loving women and babying them or whatever.Guest wrote: ↑13 Mar 2024, 19:05If you read it properly I said their touchiness is for the most part natural, but Karina's flirting is fanservice. It might not be REAL flirting but it was definitely fan service flirting so I don't know what to tell you, you must be dense to think Karina wasn't flirting with her
Re: Aespa
Karina is extremely touchy with winter, way more than with the other members. I agree she's touchy will all of them, but with winter it's next level. If you don't agree then that's fine, I don't care to convince you but I'm sure there's a lot of people that would agree with meGuest wrote: ↑13 Mar 2024, 19:31My opinion is karina is being herself and does the same with the other members, she'd be silly to stop because you go crazy everytime she peeks at winter. She's done that since always, it's her personality, it's not fanservice, it's just her loving women and babying them or whatever.Guest wrote: ↑13 Mar 2024, 19:05If you read it properly I said their touchiness is for the most part natural, but Karina's flirting is fanservice. And it's that sentence that made me react, alsoGuest wrote: ↑13 Mar 2024, 15:01Don't get mad at me because you're stupid and can't read. This was my first post idiotGuest wrote: ↑12 Mar 2024, 17:27
Their entire friendship is borderline fan service to you and used as gaybait even if such interactions are observed between other members too.
You're ridiculous, insulting and pretentious while having ridiculous opinions.
Same. I also want to see how she acts around winter, I get that they are probably naturally just touchy friends but some of it had to be fanservice, they were literally on eachother 24/7... And Karina was always flirting with her
Yeah pretty dense and it's funny how they're all flirting between each other, all the members gaybaiting and fanserving while being the most boring about it in kpop (their so called fan service limiting itself to hugs, hand touching and saying another member is cute).... But yeahGuest wrote: ↑10 Mar 2024, 04:25Yeah no..sorry Karina was clearly flirting, fanservice flirting. Saying how the seat she'll take when in a classroom will be next to winter. I don't know how old you are but your reading comprehension is really not good I'm not even trying to be rude or insulting this time, I'm serious. If you're over the age of 18 please you need to start reading more and understanding what your reading or else you're going to have serious problems in the future if you can't understand what people are saying
You get over hyped over the slightest winrina interaction to the point you ignore when karina interacts the same with other members, it's on you not karina. Most of the people shipping such a underwhelming ship are middle/high schoolers, the rest find it cute at most or boring. So avoid projecting your low age on others when "totally not trying to be rude"... schizo says something and contradicts herself in the same post but still has the audacity to call others dumb.
I'm done with this convo, you're free to talk shit.

Re: Aespa
What fanservice have they done since? Cause there was an anon on the kent thread who reposted one Instagram post and called it disgusting gaybaiting when she said "jagiya" to winter, but i recall many idols calling their friends jagiya as a joke so is that "the even more" fanservice they do?Guest wrote: ↑31 Mar 2024, 04:34Bro I really thought winrina would calm down the fanservice....somehow it seems even more now?
Re: Aespa
I know it's not like huge fanservice but I thought they would distance themselves a little bit only so that the fans could calm down a bit. All the unnecessary touching, tiktoks, lovestgram and being spotted out together without the other members. Again it's not huge fanservice or anything but I did think they would be more like their first public sighting at the airport for a while longer.Guest wrote: ↑02 Apr 2024, 07:46What fanservice have they done since? les/bi women are already coping and saying her dating scandal was actually just pr, im not gonna get pissed at her if she still continues to bait.Guest wrote: ↑10 Apr 2024, 22:34So on top of being aware of her shirt she mentioned it lol... I mean it's hard to not think she's not «baiting» again
Re: Aespa
That cope has been a thing since the day the scandal dropped. Now it's worse because people are seeing how it's the least believable dating scandal ever, how quickly it ended, the realization dispatch tried to trick us with fake proof, the fact that the guy seriously seems gay. It could be true though I mean they confirmed right... But still.Guest wrote: ↑14 Apr 2024, 15:49les/bi women are already coping and saying her dating scandal was actually just pr, im not gonna get pissed at her if she still continues to bait.Guest wrote: ↑10 Apr 2024, 22:34So on top of being aware of her shirt she mentioned it lol... Re: Aespa
Also why did she even apologize, was it cause she was stressed seeing the hate by loser incels? She said she's not the type to care about haters but well maybe this was too much hate for her (her fans kept being extremely supportive though). Was she forced to write it? Why is she saying "i won't disappoint you again" that's the most pathetic line. Basically saying she'll stay celibate for the fans like yikes.
Anyways even that damn letter is odd, the fact that it exists in itself is odd. Which i knew for a fact instead of making myself look dumb believing there's a chance it's fake. Can't help it given everything

Re: Aespa
The dating news dropped before his drama start and end a few episodes before the finale. If they want to make it believable, they should have dropped the actual proof of them together in a photos. Not to mention the episode where Jang Do Yeon mention her dropped the same day on dating news hence we knew it was planned. Maybe they are seeing each other romantically and breaking up after a months is normal, especially for celebrities like them but I won’t blame people for thinking it’s a PRGuest wrote: ↑15 Apr 2024, 06:03That cope has been a thing since the day the scandal dropped. Re: Aespa
Damn yeah forgot about that. And the way he reacts at karina's name, some say he's whipped and that's proof they're dating but it's actually the opposite for me: wouldn't a k celeb who's dating a kpop idol try to pull his best poker face to not raise suspicions? When Jang Doyeon mentions the 2 women, the dude is literally like "wowww really??". Though maybe it's his way to be smooth.Guest wrote: ↑16 Apr 2024, 00:15The dating news dropped before his drama start and end a few episodes before the finale. If they dated though that guy seriously seems like a very good person unlike many other men so there's at least that. The fact that he gives huge gay vibes might contribute to that impression.
Re: Aespa
I hesitated to post that in the general thread but I saw someone mentioning it and there were trolls so i'll try here even though it's dead af.
Do aespa fans know about that "han river" friend, cause looking a bit into it and that's pretty sus..? Reminds me of Irene's purple friend except karina kept that friend to this day and they act pretty romantic, actually it seems if karina isn't with her family she's with that friend. Why is she called "han river" friend btw?

Re: Aespa
She talk about it with Giselle before. The video was posted on Aespa’s yt channel, when Giselle mention about their lockscreen. Karina said that the friend on her lockscreen which alleged to be “Han river friend” is a very dear friend to her, they’ve been friend for a long time and she even invite this friend to a dinner with her family so I guess they are pretty close. Idk I think travelling with friend is normal but having your friend as your lockscreen for years is kinda sus. It’s like that “one aunt and her roommate of 10 years” . But I have a very deep platonic friendship with female so they could be like that. I’m glad Karina has a very good support by her side since she’s probably are skeptical over everyone she met due to recent drama.Guest wrote: ↑27 Apr 2024, 03:09I want to know too... The fact that Giselle talked about it and that there exists so many pics of her lockscreen of that friend makes me think she does it on "purpose" like she wants people to know about that friend (reminds me of Sullyoon showing her Sana lockscreen pretending it's an accident) and/or she's that obsessed with her gf.Guest wrote: ↑28 Apr 2024, 03:09She talk about it with Giselle before. And apparently han river is a popular place for couples though not only. Like you said a best friend is a best friend, you spend lots of time with them sometimes more than with your family and there's nothing weird about it, even having a friend on a lockscreen isn't that odd i guess... But it's still odd.
And the way that friend is so whipped... Giggles at every thing Karina does (4:20, 5:40, more in the snow or Japan street), overly films her face even though karina wants to show her snowman or the food... And Karina was behaving in borderline pick me mode, like she was extra cute, trying to not mind the friend shoving the camera on her face all the time.
