I don't think it comes off as pedophilic, simply because pedophilia means attraction to children under 12. MHJ (allegedly) must be an ephebophile, aka attraction to adolescents between 12 and 19. To be honest, I wouldn't say she is. We have never heard of her assaulting a teenager... she just artistically exploits them. She must have an aesthetic preference for youthfulness and likes to glorify it her art. Perhaps she misses her own youth, or perhaps she is cynical enough to know the GP loves the young. She used to be a very powerful producer in the Kpop industry, this alone proves that she is no saint. I agree on what she said about Minji is deranged, though. It makes me want to believe she is a dangerous maniac and she's only moderately good at hiding it.
However, let's not act as though Kpop as an industry is not obsessed with youth and that some girls discussed here aren't barely legal.
... MHJ's case conflicts me. The only reason I wouldn't call her a predator is because one should never confuse the art someone creates/consumes with one's own real life actions. Stephen King writes about gore and murder all the time, yet he has never murdered anyone. Roman Polansky made unambiguous, very artsy films yet assaulted a 13 yo... However, it wouldn't surprise me if MHJ turned out to be a predator.
If you want to play psychologist, better know basic that libido can be vented out in less aggressive ways. For example, a painter relieve his gerontophilia through painting of half naked senile women.

It's awful, both bsh and her aren't innocent in this. The reason why I say bsh isn't innocent is because they stated that they disagreed on nj's direction. I mean, as the founder, if you disagreed with her so much and more why would you even allow her to create her own subsidiary in the first place? It's definitely for your own gains that you wanted to use her for the hype for a new gg. He could've fired her back then and got rid of her. But he didn't, and right now he made sure she has become replaceable he's dumping her. Letting this woman who goes on and on about young girls yapping about older girls not fitting her principles stay in a company for years... It's sick in the head. If I were those parents I'll be checking with my girls if she ever said something worse to them in private when she could yap like that happily in public.

She has been planting crooked mindset onto them, making them believe she is the essence of their lives, as idol at very least, and swaying them that her creepy behaviors are appropriate.

My memory may trick me thus, some inaccuracy. I'll switch between HYBE and Min Heejin's sides. Info from Min's side is inconsistent and can be contradictory.
HYBE: CEO of Ador, Min Heejin and Mr. A, vice CEO of Ador of attempt to take away Ador and Newjeans. Min spread insider info of HYBE, HYBE's idols and trainees to damage HYBE. Mr. A, who was a senior financier of HYBE, leaked HYBE's finance info to attract foreign investors, namely national funds of Saudi Aradia and Singapore, to fulfill the take over plan. Also, HYBE found "Taking the company away from HYBE" document file on Mr. A office laptop and the foreign investment idea chat log between Mr. A and Min.
Min: Mr. A's document was his personal opinion and had nothing to do with Ador nor Min. Min did not conspire with Mr. A. Also, opinion is not illegal. No word about spreading info on HYBE + its idols and trainees.
Note: There is a speculation that Youngseo had to leave illit because Min Heejin found dirt on her.
HYBE: Ador took all better trainees and almost all staffers from Source, leaving Source dry. This was why Gfriend did not renew contract with Source.
Min: Min did not want to take Ador out of HYBE for greed but because HYBE mistreated Newjeans. Illit was Min's last straw and triggered her try the break Ador away from HYBE.
At first, Min was assigned to be in charge of Source's new girl group. Later, Bang recruited Sakura and wanted the new group to revolve around her. Min did not like Sakura because she was too old so, she divorced from Source and set up her own label.
HYBE: Min consulted shaman for business decision including new employee selection. Min also told the shaman BTS enlisting would be better for her.
Min: It was not weird to have shaman friend.
Min: Bang chatted with her to make a group that would trample aespa together.
HYBE: HYBE did not find this worth any comment.
