I don’t think it’s because of the comments. Karina suddenly act weird when Giselle mention their live has started. I doubt it’s because they read some funny comments because it’s only been a few seconds when the live started. My own analysis from this video; Giselle ask Karina to take selfies again because she’s not in the selfies with Karina. I just came across this today and was floored, not saying this is their most sus moment but I think this is the gayest I've ever seen them in a literal sense.
