Hanni protecting Minji's hands is so cute too ahha
Da. Waitttt I love their chemistry they’re actually so mf cute
We've been saying mann they are both super cute and have such an interesting and fun dynamic

same minji anon as the one above but can some other minji anon indulge me about this phoning live and bbangsaz in general bcs i have such brainrot after watching this entire live... i love their vibe and chemistry fr, it's just so different compared to their dynamics with everyone else in their group.. if it were minji and dani, they'd crank up the flirtiness and probably hold hands or smth... if it were dani and hanni i'd wager the same thing tbh 😭 except it'd have a distinct 'bestie westie' vibe bcs dani and hanni embody that dynamic to a t, where as minji and dani look compatible in a gay lesbian way lmao
.... I totally agree. 😩

They have a strong chemistry that stands out in their group dynamics, their interactions with the other girls feel more like besties or sister vibes. I feel like there's a certain tension and mutual attraction between those two, and the way they keep teasing each other feels a little flirty.

They both ping to me individually so if put that together with their natural chemistry... it wouldn't be the first time two coworkers develop feelings for each other, I'll leave it at that :tinfoil:
big tinfoil hat moment but I think Hanni (especially in this live) is less subtle with her little crush on Minji like we see those heart eyes girllll
DA
(And to think this is her in a livestream setting lol imagine in private.)
Well yeah this live basically kinda confirmed what I’ve been suspecting for a while, since around that valentine’s day live they did circa the begging of the year- Hanni totally has a little crush going on and she has probably finally come to terms with it. She just seems lighter

It’s the way she looks at Minji, the way she constantly looks down at her lips and then back at her eyes, the constant slaps on the arm, the flustered-ness, the baby voice, etc. she just acts very abnormally. I’ve always found their livestreams to be particularly tense, but because Hanni was in her “unresolved phase” she rigorously avoided looking at minji, making eye contact, touching her etc. and just seemed distant. Now these past few lives ESPECIALLY todays one girl… You can just tell lol  I don’t even think we’re being delusional cause who looks like that at/acts like that around their bestfriend?

I like both Yujin and Minji, but neither have any receipts, so arguing over it is kinda silly
Yujin sang BTW without censorship. I will not let anyone diminish that lol Some people don't understand how significant that is. It's in MBC gayo, lots of kr comments at that time saying it was really brave of her to do so. That's not a confirmation of her sexuality but equating that as not a receipt or comparing it to someone who literally doesn't have a receipt is silly.

Stop being subjective for once and appreciate the significance some of the things these idols do.

Are we just intensely delusional anon… :tinfoil: The way Hanni looks at her while rolling her eyes and slapping her arm every 5 seconds is so sus to me, and the way Minji turns into this super playful none stop teasing dog energy version of herself is also equally so… suspicious, cause she’s not like that with any other member.

They might just be best friends at the end of the day but gosh do they have insane chemistry.

Minjis most sus thing is the fact that she saw how her dad treats her mom, and wants to be like that. never heard a straight girl ever shape her behaviour around a male role model, but its common amongst lesbians as some of us connect more with the male character , especially in romances, and see ourselves in that role opposite a woman.
clothing doesnt mean anything in SK, they all dress like tomboys/lesbians.
!!!!! Always found that so mf sus. Plus the way she then went to describe her dad as a total gentleman who’s a “simp for her mother” lmao. Feels very *repressed lesbian who admires (and kinda envies) the natural dynamic straight men are able to have with women*.

I always kinda peep gay women from the way they treat other women. Any girl that is gentlewomanly and serves other women’s needs before their own is sus to me— it’s not even about the clothes or if you’re masculine or feminine, there’s just this energy of wanting to please and protect women while you yourself are a woman that is very queer to me.
IM THE MINJI ANON WHO WROTE THAT FIRST BIG ANALYSIS WITH THE OTHER MINJI ANON and this is LITERALLY what i meant when i said her mentioned her 'gentlewomanly/gentlemanly' nature to be sus. more than your average girl anyway 😭

New gg? Illit? I'm sorry, i don't want to be rude but what does it mean? How old are they?
ILL'IT has Yunah, Minju and Moka who are 2004. The other two are 2007 and 2008.

I watched the shitshow that was RUNext and it's been months since it aired but she was extremely close to Youngseo who left right before debut. All I can really remember from Yunah is she gives off the same kinda vibe as Minji (don't start =_= ). She is also the center of attention gag member if that makes sense.

Also this
Da. Are you arguing in favor or against her being gay? Cause that clip just made her look straight af
Just saying what I knew of her cause the previous anon was curious. And yeah the clip was straight.

People laughed at the Yunah anon, but the truth is what attracts you to Minji is her "masculine" demeanor.
As someone who didn’t “stan” her cause I thought she was gay, it was actually her visuals while super dolled up and fully glammed lol. Finding out she’s actually quite tomboyish was a good surprise.

Minji anons are pushing those homophobic stereotypes because that girl has nothing else going on so they have to cling to them and hope they're true. Also, if you're a fan of her of course you're going to have a biased opinion. To non-fans it's just ridiculous that you would even count something like that as a receipt. Maybe come back when that girl has grown up and has some actual receipts and not just "it's a vibe!!".
She’s 20. This is the l chat we’re all just having fun… She looks pretty gay to me so wtv.

Re: Korean Entertainment - Part II

by Guest » Today, 16:52

Truth is it doesn't matter on thelchat if someone has receipts or not because Karina was someone considered to have a bunch of receips. Moonbyul has tons of receipts and her sexuality is still debated here.

Respectfully let's just not give a fuck and let people have fun because either way you're gonna have people calling them het

This is not a thread to promote your faves. Desperately scraping for reasons to call her gay will do the opposite of getting posters interested in her, especially when you start mentioning homophobic nonsense like masculine build, which could only ever appeal to minji posters anyway.
I don’t understand why that person is asking us to give her a chance as if she’s from some nugu group. She debuted under a Hybe label, and her group is doing well. She’ll naturally attract gay fans in the future if she starts showing some sus moments. But yeah, the masculine build comment is… =_=

Yes, because the literal point of pinging is just vibes, and those are observable even if you don't understand a word that the woman says. Basically receipts should not matter for pinging otherwise it's not pinging anymore and just relying on facts&logic rather than vibes. Do you get it? Also no singing BTW doesn't make her more suspicious than Minji otherwise the twice women who sang BTW are also more suspicious, doesn't make sense it's just a song with foreign lyrics to them. I'm not talking about being suspicious btw but pinging, just pinging. Idk if minji is gay or straight, i have no opinion on her because she has 0 receipts, but based on vibe alone I know she'd make me notice her in the street.
A foreign song which she perfectly understands and purposely chose to perform? Not to mention they divided the parts, so she once again chose to sing the “no matter straight, gay or bi” line. Then spoke to her fans about how much the performance meant to her? If we’re going based on this logic, then sus idols (such as Jokwon) also covered BTW.

And the last sentence about noticing her in the streets just confirms that it’s your hopeful thinking when it comes to Minji because you find her attractive.
I'm trying to be "objective" here not like you defending the homosexuality of your faves when it's not even the point, cause i couldn't care less about these idols. I find Yujin slightly more attractive than Minji but both aren't that attractive to me so no, stop projecting your bad faith pov onto me. I just want to give my most unbiased opinion on who pings or not, and like I said I don't think it's a confirmation on who's gay or straight.
I literally said I’m neutral about both of them if you can read so I’m not defending anyone’s homosexuality. I’m simply saying what you are saying is illogical and biased, unless you believe in homophobic stereotypes.
You say you're neutral and then go on about how her singing BTW makes her more sus than Minji. Cool if you think that, but it wasn't my point.
Also yes pinging might be culture based and it's pretty illogical since it can't be explained, I like literally said receipts were based on logic compared to pinging :eyeroll: . I don't think it's all about stereotypes though, my brain doesn't even think about stereotypes, it's literally just a vibe I can't get rigged of. And there might be stereotypes who are true on average or something. Anyways I really tried to be clear but you're dumb as a rock so whatever- my last post about the topic.
It’s impossible to have a civilised conversation in this website because of people like you. Immediately resorting to insults because someone doesn’t agree with you as if that will make your point more credible. Also pinging is subjective, Minji pings to you but she doesn’t to me. So you’re literally arguing about something no one is gonna agree with anyways. At least I was talking about something more logical and open to interpretation like covering BTW. And yes the stereotypes you and the other Minji anons are pushing are homophobic whether you wanna admit it or not.

I’m neutral about both but Yujin is definitely more sus than Minji so it seems like your “pingining” is solely based on clothes and mannerisms. Singing BTW and specifically the “no matter straight bi or gay” line is more significant imo

DA I haven't been partaking in this discussion but the one who started the comparisons between Yujin and Minji wasn't a Minji anon and it was a Yujin anon who started claiming that the Minji anons were trying to one-up Yujin. How exactly was it the Minji anons that started a fanwar?
And what makes you think they’re even Minji or Yujin anons to begin with? They could be other anons partaking in the conversations despite liking neither. I called out that anon because they’re encouraging the fighting.
Because they were talking about Minji and Yujin and never specified they weren't..? You're right though I could be wrong but that isn't completely relevant anyways. My point was that it makes no sense for you to go after that anon alone when she's the one calling out the other anon for claiming that Minji anons were resentful of Yujin. It's this post that was turning it into a fanwar by making it a Minji anon vs Yujin thing, not hers.

I like both Yujin and Minji, but neither have any receipts, so arguing over it is kinda silly
Minji anons will jump me but I consider BTW more sus than the homophobic stereotypes
Da. Girl just look at the last tweets posted of her… it’s not homophobia to think that girl pings at least. Stop complicating things, this is not a battle.

Da Minji anons are so delusional and come up with the most ridiculous thinking itt when what they mean is they find her attractive so they want her to be gay. They are resentful of Yujin especially because she encapsulates the same role in the thread as Minji yet is seen as more sus because of covering BTW so they wield their tinfoil logic heavily when it comes to Yujin so they can use it to "one-up" her.
Anytime a Yujin anon says this i cringe so hard  That anon isn’t even a Minji anon they literally said they find Yujin “slightly more attractive” and don’t even care about either of them.
I on the other hand am a Minji anon and I couldn’t care less about Yujin or one upping her. YOU friend are projecting and seem to be the one weirdly resentful that a new girl is gaining attention other than your fave. Weirdo.
Da can you please shut the fuck up? I’m curious what sort of tactic hybe is using because these Minji/NJ anons are the most annoying people in here. Literal children
Tf? :fool: So the anon above me says Minji anons are resentful and jealous of Yujin, I say “actually no we’re not” and you’re telling me I’m the one who needs to stfu? lmaaaao
You wrote a whole ass essay over nothing so yes shut the fuck up. You’re the same agressive anon who starts fighting for pages over nothing.
I’m not the OG poster?? :fool: I’m a different anon that’s fed up with ppl assuming we’re somehow “jealous” of Yujin. Just told that anon to stfu as well

Sorry to interrupt the current discussion flow, but some rather gossipy news from Weibo have come to light.

Apparently industry people are preparing for a possible Red Velvet Irene solo song and/or subunit activities. As you can imagine - most are against it because of her bad reputation. A lot of staff are discussing how to stop her from promoting. So there will be an uptick in posts about her scandal! The editor is aware of that too and she obviously supports it. One thing she isn't sure about is whether she will reveal the recording from when Irene yelled at her. She still has it.

If you want the hear the recording as well, you can send her a DM and say words of encouragement. I also think everyone should know the truth about Irene ngl. Knowing how many people are coming together to stop the solo promo says a lot!

As Dispatch and SM don't have good relations right now, the editor could team up with Dispatch to release the transcript of the recording.
It's quite funny that this appears right after the interviews about Wendy not being well received in the fandom and the fight between Seulgi, Irene and Wendy's fans.
Yesterday there was a fight between Irene and Wendy's fans and Wendy's fans were bringing up Irene's scandal, saying that the stylist should release the audio to put an end to Irene's career and now you appear asking for support to encourage the stylist to release the audio, in other words harassing the stylist so that Irene's fans are blamed like you did last time, then they tried to create fake news that on Weibo they were saying that Irene had a fight with Nayeon, no one believed it, then they came with fake news that on weibo there were rumors about seulgi (slutshame her), then there were rumors that irene was sleeping with SM executives for work (the same rumor they made about seulgi), again citing weibo. We already know that those who create these rumors are SEA wendy fans.

and all this because Wendy's album flopped, the possibility of Aseul's comeback and Irene's debut.

Could she honestly just be a tomboy? And please anons, dont start with the stereotype/homophobic shit about the term tomboy. Carrying on, don't get me wrong, I've seen plenty of tomboy that are gay and many that are straight who act and dress the same way. It's a toss-up for me at this point
I mean she could, true, but something about her energy just screams gay to me for some reason
Especially when she’s with other women. Tbh this whole live they just did perfectly encapsulates what I mean, just look at clips of it on twitter
They are still young. Wait for five years and see if it change or not. They live in sexist country who treat women like asdfghjkl, no equality at all. Will they get corrupted mentally? Still early. I hope sk can be a better country for all women there. Poor them.

Arguing over who has more receipts is stupid in general but it's even stupider when one of the idols has been active for 5-6 years while the other has been active for 1-2 years. Please stop turning everything into a fanwar.
Stop looking for excuses. An idol will have receipts regardless of when they debuted, just look at Nana and Yubin who had receipts before they even debuted. And they’re the same age. What sort of receipts are looking for when it comes to an idol who was underage half those 5 years?

^^ I forgot Yujin in the last list, yujin does ping. Though when watching content and her real personality she pings less, but before knowing that, from vibes alone i thought she pinged.
I’m neutral about both but Yujin is definitely more sus than Minji so it seems like your “pingining” is solely based on clothes and mannerisms. Singing BTW and specifically the “no matter straight bi or gay” line is more significant imo
Da. Fair enough. Imo her singing that song makes her 0% sus. It actually makes her even less sus than if she had not done it cause I honestly don’t think a young queer person in her position with her personality type would do that.

Nayeon? A seasoned 25+ yo idol who’s known for being a troll and not giving a fuck, performing that in her own world tour away from GP perception? Yeah sure I could see it meaning n something (even that is reaching). Yujin performing it with another person on national television? Nah.
Da

I suppose you’re not a fan because that’s exactly the type of thing Yujin would do. She herself said that she’s rebellious and that she often goes against what people expect from her. I don’t see the logic in signing BTW on a national tv for the sake of it. Then talking about how much the performance meant to her?

Nayeon didn’t even cover it in Korea.
da Maybe it meant a lot to Yujin because she's real close to Wonyoung who's queer and she wanted to signal she supports her and spark change in SK so she can proudly love
Yujin straight ally; WY gay
